I am all out of ordered pre-printed acknowlegements, does anyone know where I can print one out on the computer.

The ASN has a CD with all the various notary certificates on it. Price is $19.95 for non-members and $15.95 for members. I bought one several years ago.

They do have some state specific certificates on the Cd as well.

Reading the Kentucky notary handbook, these certificates are good for Kentucky as well

The Fl Notary Handbook has samples - just print your own. I have mine in Word: Ack, ACK for POA, Jurat. Special stuff I just look up, but don't ever need really.
