my brother printer is saying no paper, but there is paper. I checked everything that I can think of to check, but no luck. anyone have suggestions?

Be sure there is no jam. Try taking the paper out and fanning it a few times then replace. You can always call tech support.

FYI - I got this the other day with my Brother 5250. The Pdf was legal size and the printing properties were set to letter by default. I had just reinstalled the drivers and forgot to change the dual tray definitions from "undefined" to Letter or Legal. I guess, it didn't know what tray to print from.
