I have 2 closings scheduled for this man on Sat, I just did some research on past post and it appears he doesn't like to pay people, has anyone had recent dealing with him?

Yep, he still owes me for 3 closings going on 2 years. I do know someone that got paid and I know someone that was able to service and collect a judgement.

I had an issue with him a couple of years ago. Non payment. He did finally pay but it was a lot of work! He called again in Dec. I discussed his payment policies with him and I took the signing. He paid me in 2 weeks. I just did another one for him yesterday. But I will not be doing any more until I get paid. This is my policy with everyone that I have not worked with a lot.

There really has not been much on him this site. I will keep everyone posted.

I do have his current email, phone and fax #. in case anyone needs it.
