Advantage Closers, Palm Harbor, FL update!

I posted earlier (msg 345072) regarding Carley Francis and the lack of communication and slow pay for services rendered. I received a call at 11:45a for a "signing at 1:00p that was supposed to happen at 11:00a with e-docs. It turned out to be a 245 page purchase with a renovation loan included. The fee was agreed upon and I completed the closing. It took 71 days and much frustration to get complete payment but I did get paid. Will I work for them again? Probably not. Will they call me again? Probably not.

I don't think I would work for them either. Last minute offers are a sign that something is not right. Like the call I received at 2:15 last Friday for a purchase closing at 3 for a fee of $75 including faxbacks from the table......

You were brave to close a loan for her with the negative info in this site. She told me the loan was a refi and it was a sale. Then refused to renegotiate. It was a last minute closing also so you are rushing then find it's a sale. The payment was late then shorted then I had to fight for the rest. I will NEVER work for her again.

I've had less than reputable SS call me for closings, and if they meet my fee and agree to pay via Paypal, I've got no problems.

Well, In my opinion anyone that knowingly works for a deadbeat company, whether paid in front or not, helps and supports them and their business practices, enabling them to stay in business, so that they can continue cheating others.

I'm still waiting for payment for a signing I did back in April. Carly doesnt even answer my calls. Won't do a job for them again!

Many numerous excuses, sick, someone else was handling it, outside company makes payments. Hogwash. This is a 1 person operation. There is no excuse for a bounced check, should never happen under any circumstances. I will not work for her.

I have previously left messages regarding non payment for a closing I did back on 6/17. Today called and the phones are disconnected. Emailed Carley again of course no response.

I just recieved an e-mail from the title company stating that advantage closers have closed down.. I have also filed a compliant with the Florida Attorney Generals Office.. I am tired of doing the work and the middle man getting paid. I am going to talk with my rep about getting legislition started for title companies to hire their notaries and paying at funding. If they want to use a singing companie then pay out 2 checks..that is the way it should be.. Its time..
