I have 4 signings scheduled for today, by 11 am I had docs for all 4 signings already. Can't remember the last time that happened.

Wrong. I created my own bad luck to offset it.

When I got to my first signing I discovered that I somehow didn't have the borrower's copy of docs with me. Apparently I managed to pick up a stack of 4 sets of docs of my desk, only grab 3 and not notice the 4th one that I left sitting there. So now I get to take a 60 mile r/t joyride after my last signing to drop em off. Because, as we all know, on those relatively few times we make dumb mistakes, it's NEVER at the signing 3 miles from home, it's always at the one 30+ miles away.

Quick! Leave your house and tell them you cannot print any additional docs that you will have to close with what you have in hand. hehe

Someone must be getting the message. The last 4 I had also had docs ready 24hrs early. Lets hope the trend continues.

Nice isn't it? Last I week I even booked one 2 weeks in advance and they're shipping the docs to me directly first of next week. That's never happened before.... but, that's how it SHOULD be.

I had a call the other day for a closing 35 miles east of me..I was tired and had to get to another area about so I had to turn it down as I was going in the opposite direction. I get a second call.. Can you do this at 5:30 sure but you have to get me docs within 15 mins..Sure enough they were sent within 5 mins..and out I went.. and they were both less than 10 miles from my office! This does not happen too often and it was sweet!
