I like to keep three cases on hand. The problem with Costco is the lifting the heavy box and lifting it again once home. Those boxes are so heavy, I generally open them and take four out at a time. Winter arrives and UPS or FedEx can be delayed due to snow so I like to have plenty of supplies.

You don't have to lift it at the store. If you ask they will have someone meet you in the aisle to put it in the cart. They will also load it in the car. I like the quality of the paper from Costco best of all brands.

Weight of cases of paper
I have had the same issues with the weight of the paper.
I have ordered several times from Quill.com, when they sell paper at a cheap price, and had 3 cases of paper dropped at my front door and it has taken me 20 minutes to get it all in the condo.
It's all about the price!!
