Geegle it. You will find it is a UVA authentication pen.

Using it, you can detect counterfeit credit cards, money, ID, etc., plus leap over tall buildings and rescue cartoon characters tied onto cartoon railroad tracks.

I am very fond of mine. When I have it in my purse, I look a lot like Wonder Woman.
