SC shows 4 stars. Search produced comments as recent as 2009. Anything more recent?

Allison emailed me today inquiring about availability for tomorrow morning and fee. Is this her usual procedure?

I did a last minute closing for ALO when BO's were stranded in Arizona due to their flights being cancelled. They were professional and prompt with their payment.

She is a very nice person, just check on no sign or no fund policy- zero payment 2 years ago.

The never paid me for a closing a year and a half ago. They said it didn't close but low and behold there is my signature on the registry of deeds and my notary seal on the sate I signed the papers. Even if it didn't close I was supposed to get a print fee and travel fee of which I received neither. Read their horrible reviews for this company
