You may want to try a local title company. We used to give them out for free.

Misty
I downloaded one from
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/2889538/florida-quitclaim-deed

I have sent it to you as an attachment.

if it has not been a holiday I would have suggested your county clerk's office. I picked one up from there for a neighbour a while ago. They had them in a display on the wall.

Also I just checked our county's clerk of the court website and they have a QCD form available there - you may want to check your county's website

Robert..I'd take that down if I were you

from the SoS webiste:

"The Supreme Court of Florida has approved several forms for use by individuals or by attorneys. These forms pertain to matters of family law, landlord-tenant law, and certain residential leases, and allow the notary to provide additional, but limited, assistance. "

I don't see where it mentioned mortgages, deeds or real property forms. Providing the form, or a link to a form, may not be a problem....but your admission that you made it could be...

Should have clarified

I made the form *fillable*. I did not make up the text.

That's what I assumed you did, Robert.

I guess it is all where you are coming from. Since I use Adobe X pro-whatever making forms are a part of life.

The more fillables in an office, the easier to use.

Marian got my hooked on Adobe Pro to make PDFs

It has made my job sooooo much easier. To think that I was filling out forms by TYPEWRITER and can now fill them in on PDF. I went through pretty much every form I use and made it fillable. So far I've been able to install the free trial twice, but it's too expensive to buy. I made the above QCD form fillable for my website.

Love love love Adobe Pro!
