Closing 11/09/2010, no payment as of this writing, almost 60 days. Only response for payment status has been that my invoice had been "forwarded to our funder."
I found nothing current on them. Most info is from mid 2009. I've worked for them two to three times before with no problem; wondering if anyone else is also having problems with them lately.

very slow payers...i did a signing on 11/11/10 and was told today that the check was mailed yesterday, 1/3/11...will see....

This is one of the fastest and fairest companies I have worked for. I have always received payment within 2 weeks of signing. They do require that you include an invoice in the return package, something that may have been overlooked.
Not sure about the "...forwarded.." comment from them.

I did include invoice with loan package per instructions. But whenever I email requesting payment status, I'm in the habit of attaching a copy of the invoice with the email.
That's when the company's contact replies: I forwarded . . . . The vendor manager didn't respond at all.
I too, didn't have payment problems on previous signings; they were one of my favorite companies to work for, till now. This is the second title company with payment problems in the last 3 months, which is why I'm wondering what's up.

Please keep us all posted on how this is resolved. I think Danny is the vendor manager over there and he is a good guy IMHO

Based on the positive reviews here, I completed my first signing for them at the end of October 2010. I just received my check yesterday. I did send in my invoice with the signed documents. When I called Accounts Payable regarding the late payment at the beginning of December, I was told that they would have to check with a different title company about the payment and would call me back. I received no return call then, but got a call last week asking me for my address so that they could send the payment. Waiting 60+ days for payment is a no go in my book. I'm glad to hear that others have been paid in a prompt manner, but my experience is similar to the original poster.

Finally paid in February 2011 for this November 2010 closing. Chased my payment for two months. I'm staying away from this company.

This company owes me for a closing April 14th 2011 as of June 6 no payment.
