I have done 2 signups for them but not before I checked them out with the BBB in Colorado. Seem to be legit. Their forms do not require notarization, just a witness, and they have a script to follow.

I've done many for them. The debtors are always well educated and understanding of the contract before I arrive and always ready to sign. You will also get paid within 30 days. Never had a problem.
