Brother HL2170W--any feedback?

Staples has a good deal on the remanufactured model. It prints 23 ppm/ 10k a month and the toner yields 25,000 pages. It is $69.99. My old brother is going strong after 7 years, but I was thinking about getting a new one and using the old one as a backup.

actually the toner only yields 2600 pages. I thought that sounded too good to be true!

It's actually not a bad little printer, for the price. The key is getting your toner and drum replacements from someplace other than a Brother vendor. Cuts the cost by about 2/3. I've had mine for about 2 years and just upgraded to the 5370DWT so I could have the dual tray feature. But I'll still use the 2170 for backup and "legal paper only" jobs.

I have one I use as a backup.... Works Great..... I sometimes use it in my car... Its wireless..
