CA deed of trust - witnesses required?

Does anyone know if CA req witnesses sigs on the Deed of Trust & if there are any ink color reqs in Riverside county. Thanks

NO.....unless the lender or TC specifically asks for witnesses.....and NO ink color requirement in Riverside county - blue or black is fine.

No witnesses required, unless lender wants witnesses. Blue or black is the norm, and the requirement usually comes from the lender not the county.
