I did a closing for them in November of 2010...met my fee and paid in about 35-40 days. I would work for them again any time.

You need to invoice them. Sometimes a reminder call to Roseann in AP also helps get your check out quicker.

I've worked for them for years. They are slow a paying but always pay and well too.
If I call to remind them the check is sent. I visited the office a few years ago, good people.

I have done several for them. They pay about 45 days out. They are quick and easy, usually for siding or windows. They pay really well. Once I had 2 back to back in the same town, and they paid full fees for both of them. I was going to give them a better rate on the 2nd, but they hung up to quickly. Can;t complain about that.

Pays 6-8 weeks, always after a reminder call. Usually prompt after the call.
