A few years back I used to get called by Chase Title in Owings Mills MD - Joe Roulhac was the one who always contacted me. They paid well and very fast at that time, but I have not heard from them since June 2008. Don't know if they moved to Hamstead or if these are two different companies.

I do work for the one in Owings Mills. Make sure you invoice them, but you should not have any problems.

I did one for them, I believe the one out of Owens Mills. No problems, docs on time, paid in a week. Very easy to work with. I would do it again.
