HOW DO I GET PAID??

Hello again!!! (Promise not to laugh?) I just got my seal and swore my oath earlier this week. when i start working how do i get paid?? Do i print out an invoice and give it to them? how long should i wait etc etc thanks for your help !!! VICTOR

Victor, I'm sorry. You may find participants here who would be willing to coach you in such matters. I am not one of them.

I come to this forum of NotRot to learn from the experience of professionals in my business, and to offer them whatever in my experience can be of like value to them, not to either learn or teach the very fundamentals of doing business. If you don't know the basics of invoicing, and how a business person goes about handling revenue, I frankly do not believe you are someone who should be closing loans on a half-million-dollar home that probably represent a person's primary asset.

I would suggest you find another venue, perhaps an on-line course of some sort, to develop that invormation.
