Loan modifications

What is the normal fee for a 2 or 4 page loan modifications, in and out within 15 minutes and no other documents?

Depends on distance traveled and whether it's e-docs but I would normally charge about $50. I might charge a bit less if the time was open over the next few days so I could schedule at a time convenient for me while on the way somewhere, rather than a set time that might preclude me from taking any other jobs that evening.

Call a legal courier in your area and find out what they would charge to get a few signatures and drop with FedEx and that should give you a good idea.

Yep,,,, I agree. $50 is my rate for this courier job as long as it fits with my other notary work.
