More Notary E & O Insurance - All 50 States
We just added more insurance to the store in all states. After entering the store for your state, click the Bond and Insurance product category. You should now see two different Notary Public E&O Insurance offerings and, optionally, Signing Agent E&O if it's available in your state.
The policies offered by Western Surety Company are only available in full commission terms, though the premiums can be pro-rated if you are mid-commission.
Why should you care? Mainly because you can now purchase a policy from both companies and effectively double your coverage.

John,
Can't you go to your insurance broker and buy some kind of umbrella policy that would cover you for any problems that come up in the course of business?

I've mentioned it before. I have a Business Liability
Policy & recently changed from E&O to SA E&O. I personally am not going to rely only on E&O.

Re: I've mentioned it before. I have a Business Liability
What does SA stand for. And as far as umbrella policies, I have one, but it does not cover business activities, just personal.
