Did a closing 4/12/10. Got an email back today after dozens of faxes and calls that the check is on FedEx. Checked the tracking number and "something" is on the way. Might actually be a check. LOL The one that finally got this done for me is:

Didn't mention my email threatening to file suit on February 1, 2011 if the check was not in my hands. Might of had something to do with it. LOL

I also was calling, emailing, and faxing to try to get payment for a closing that was 60 days past due. Everyone I spoke with spewed out lies but when I reached Wendy she was very honest and I received the check 2 days after speaking with her.

Actually got the check about 5 minutes ago. Closed 4/12/10, paid on 1/21/11. What a deal!
