I renewed my BGC on 1/13/11 and still don't have anything. I don't think it took this long last time. I need it for 3 companies who are waiting on it.. sent an email yesterday and no reply back.
Hurry up.. EOM next week

um, its only been a week...geez, give it at least another
week or so, before you start complaining...and IMO, perhaps it would have been wise to have renewed well in advance prior to its expiration.
