New Millennium Title
Just received an email from this company to join their NSA team. Has anyone heard of them? Can't find in NR Signing Central. Thanks.

Thanks. I did a search and there are several postings re. this company but nothing to tell me if they are reliable. This one is located in Sun Valley, CA. I just wanted to know something about them before I send them all the info they're asking for.

I've worked for them for some time and it's always been a very good experience.

This concerns New Millennium Title Group of Plano, TX. I've done a few signings for them without problems and was paid fairly quickly. However, I'm waiting now for docs for a signing in 1.5 hours. Such is life. They use a neat one-page set of notary instructions, and require confirmation of completion at an easy to use online site. I'm impressed.

I did a loan closing for them last night, it was fabulous, nice client. NMT pays on time, and they have their act together. No complaints, it was a holiday yesterday and I had documents very early in the day.

I've worked for them and they were good to work for. Scheduling office is in Plano, TX and escrow/closing office is in Simi Valley, CA.

I have had good relationship. Decent fee and will pay extra for long trips. Scheduling is usually at least two days in advance. Faxbacks but not excessive. Take all you can get IMHO

I've done work for them before. I have never had an issue with them. FYI-they are not a title company.

I really like working with New Millennium Title
I do miss the old schedulers though the new schedulers are great too!

Unless they've changed their policy, they were paying $90
w/faxbacks. I stopped working with them because of the fee issues.

Isn't this the company that required faxback of the
entire package on BofA loans?

Yes--then changed to "critical docs"--still 40 pgs. n/m

I too used to love love them, then they started with 90 offering plus fax backs. No thanks.

Yeah, I got their email a while back and came on here right away. I declined to sign up with them based on what I read from you guys here. I hate having to fax back more than a few pages. Not worth it IMO.

Used to do a lot for them until they lowered their fees &
required tons of fax back, does not pencil out for me to continue to work for them. Too bad, they were one of the best in my book.
