Received partial check on 12/31, submitted invoice on 11/30
Was told to resubmit for non-payment because of an error on their part. Outside of this situation, I've never had a problem in the past.

Did you send an invoice in December? You have to send an invoice the 1st of each month for the previous month. I did 10 signings in Nov. for Servicelink and sent my invoice in the 1st of Dec. and I got a check on Dec. 21st. I did 2 signings on the 1st of Nov. so by time I got my check these 2 were 50 days due. I have been working for Servicelink for 10 years and I have never missed getting paid but you have to send the invoice the 1st part of the month. I have sent an invoice late in the month and it took 2 months for me to get paid but I did get paid.

I forgot and did not mail my November invoice until December 13 instead of December 1. Servicelink mailed my check to me on December 22.

I send my invoice around the 27th and get paid on a Monday around the second week of the month. Be careful to not invoice them for National link they will not forward it to them.

And don't forget to use their form--I made that mistake
In November I sent Servicelink my statement for all of the work done for them, just like I do for my other "monthly billing" clients, but I totally forgot to use their form. Without their form, there is NO check. (Aw heck). My check for nearly 20 closings was delayed, but it was my own fault. Sent them an invoice including November and December on December 31 and I'm sure I'll have payment shortly. They really are like clockwork.

Re: And don't forget to use their form--I made that mistake
I did a closing for Service Link on 12/30 and had to log into their website. Was told that when I did the completion report that would generate payment. I usually allways mailed me to..going to call tomorrow for a follow up on this. It would be nice if they did it this way all the time!

The web-site for for them to know the signing was completed and if you don't update the web-site, when you fax the completion form in, they will update it for you but you still have to send their invoice each month.
