Notary page only
This is Not a signing I did.
Just had a retail customer come in to my Pack and Ship store to have a "MERS acceptance" agreement sign. Only problem Saxon only sent them the sig/Notary cert page.
The Notary Cert had wording stating "I certify the itmes in the doc was true and correct".
I simply explained I could not do this and because of the way this was handled 10 yeras ago, they should have a attorney that handled real estate check what was going on with thier loan paperwork..
