Does anyone know of a company that offers signing agent insurance (not just regular notary E&O) for Minnesota? I checked CNA but they don't offer it in MN.

Check with your insurance broker / agent who handles your homeowners or business insurance. Some brokers can get you an umbrella policy or other type of policy that will cover you for perils such as that.

Did you check the Notary Supplies tab here on NotRot? Harry is now offering Notary Signing Agent E&O, for some or maybe all states now.
