Q: Is it just my computer, or does everyone see fuzzyiness

in the headings? They also appear larger than before, but some of the print is very tiny. I used to be able to set 2 full windows on my monitor, but now this one wants close to 2/3+

No - he set the view "Zoom" to 125% which gives great

distortion to the pixels pulling them to fuzzy, and I set text size to small - try that just for fun, you will hate it.
