I was referred by a loan agent to do a signing. And the TC told me because i am not on their approved notary list and they are not accepting any new agent. So I lost the signing.

That happens all the time in this business.

Why waste your energy on something that you cannot change? You never had the signing. So, you didn't lose anything.

I know how you feel. I do signings for a lender, and they told the escrow company I was their primary notary. The escrow company told them, I was not approved through them, and the lender told the escrow company to give them the necessary paper work, so I could get approved. I am approved now.
