Well, i suggest you call Stewart Title Guaranty Company (They are Stewart Title) and they might be able to help you. Their number is 800-535-7842. (They are located in Tampa) I had some dealings with them and it seems that this is their "legal" department but they can help you find what and who you want. Hope this helps.
