Signing completed successfully on 12/21/2010; several email notes to/from Vikki, but still have not been paid for the signing. Caution advised if called for an assignment...you may not get paid for it! jer

No payment and no email respond, phone is disconnected. Vikki Gutierrez from Superior Closing Inc. is dead beat for sure.
