E&O as of Feb. 1st and decided to go with Signing Agent E&O this year. Tracy helped me get it set up with the date of Feb. 1. The service here is always fantastic!

Does the Signing Agent insurance include E&O for notarial acts also? If so, I will consider buying that policy instead, when I renew.

My primary biz is NSA, and standard E&O doesn't cover that.

IMO it's like insuring a motorcycle when you're driving a truck. It is more expensive & I also carry business liability insurance. I probably will never need it, like most insurance, but I feel I can't be without it either.
