The NotaryBiz

Does any one know if the Notary Biz is still in business? I have been getting the runaround from them all year

Got a call from Pazz 2-3 days ago so they are still in business.

After agreeing to pay me 60% for old closings and 100% for the two in Aug of 2010, they only paid 60% for all and I have been getting the run around from them ever since. Most of the time i just don't get any answer at all.

I too have been getting the runaround since Sept./Oct. I will admit that Liz has been good about responding to me, assuring me that I will eventually get paid.

I am trying to be patient, as they were once a very good customer, and I know times are tough. I am starting to get impatient, though.

Would it not just be easier to serve them with a summons and force the issue? Then they have to respond. You could add the court filing fees and fees for service of process to your fee since these are costs of litigation.

Liz offered 60% of what they owe me. She said they have started anew by paying new notaries 100%. She said take it or leave it. I am going after the total they owe me.

Go for it! I sue people on principal regardless of the dollar amount. Good to hear that there are others out there of like mind.

Re: sue/pa is not sue_pa. Just figured it out.

I wondered about that. Why would our Sue TAKE a run-around for a year? She is much more with it than that and would have alread had her money or judgement in place months ago.

just confusing.

I talk to Sue all the time and thought it was her! Very confusing indeed!
