Web cam Notarizations

Would anyone with knowledge of Web cam Notarizations bring performed in their state by
a NJ Notary please P/M me. NJ Notary Assn. has filled complaint with Notary Div NJ and it has been passed on to the AG for inquiry.

I have been informed of the above group by several of our members and non members. As
N.J. Notary Publics you are aware that for every notarized signature the signer MUST
APPEAR BEFORE YOU…. The physical APPEARANCE of the signer MUST be before
the Notary.
NotaryNow.com website gives the “LOOK” that “PERSONAL APPEARANCE IS NOT
NECESSARY. This is ILLEGAL. It is ILLEGAL not only in New Jersey but throughout
the U.S.A.
