What would you charge for SEVEN borrowers to sign a loan...

2 old couple in their early 80s
5 kids with their spouses(ALL on TITLE)
And it's a BOA.

I could not agreed on the price with the SS scheduler.

Only two borrower, the old couple.

I think I'd probably charge about

$250-$275 for that here in my neck of the woods - if all the kids are married that's 12 people to ID, get to sign all the legals, the mortgage (or DoT), not counting the notarizations, $10/signature on each document needing notarization - if you were to price it per notarization. Lots of time at the table - providing you can get everyone together in one spot at the same time...
