Win $50! LSI's Borrower Survey
Have you or anyone you know ever won that $50? Vendor Management won't talk about it.

No, not yet. I always make sure, I give borrowers the survey and they like the fact that they can also win. I haven't seen a post of someone winning.

If the borrower wins, you win, too

Re: I thought the $50 was for the BOs.
I always give my BO the survey for two reasons. #1 it is part of the directions to the notary and I do not want LSI to contact the BO and have it reported I did not give a survey. #2 I am assuming it questions them about their signing experience and I am sure they are able to rate us or give feed back on how we performed our jobs. I am hoping they rate me well and that is noted by LSI. I have never heard of anyone winning, but I had not expected to. I also did not realize we also won if our BO won.
I have been asked a couple of times by BO what the survey entails and I have no answer. Has anyone actually spoken with anyone who has actually completed or seen one? I laugh to myself when I present the USAA survey. They are so insistent the BO complete it and return it with the package and I think it is the most generic survey I have ever seen. It must work for them though

Not sure exactly what it entails, but one BO logged and and completed online survey in about 3 minutes as I was reviewing docs before leaving. Then he circled happy answers on the paper survey for his loan processor and that was that. I think it took him longer to log on than to complete the survey.
