landsel title

Just had a call from Landsel Title, Columbus OH, 614-337-1928. They were bad news until May, 2010 and then they had one 5 star rating. Does anybody have anything recent? They left a msg on my machine and I don't plan to call them back unless I hear something nice.

I have one with them scheduled for Friday. They reluctantly accepted my fee but did send confirmation showing what I would get. No fax backs. Will wait and see how quickly they pay.
