discussed a few days ago? Apparently there's new law in effect in Utah prohibiting notaries from doing real estate signings. Msg #367363

That's just it Cari...I didn't see it in

the Notary Reform Act (Utah Code Title 46) OR in Code 31A...guess I need a guide dog to find it because I don't see it.
