If so, they clearly dont know what they are doing and is getting everything signed just to be on the safe side. What could possibly constitute the need for so many pages?? I hope you charged a premium fee!

The last 27 pages are "Buying Your Home:Settlement Costs and Helpful Information"....Throw in 3 HUD's, 2 1003's, 2 HUD/VA's, all of the "initial" disclosures and questionnaires from the lender and the kitchen sink...

The largest one I've ever had sent to me was a 287 page (single set) Reverse for a lady that just got out of the hospital after a stroke. I asked them if they were trying to send her back to the hospital!

Had one once that was 212 pages. Got huffy, said I was entitled to a surcharge. Got it. Still have the client.
