1. They pay like clockwork. 2. They back up their notaries. 3. A bit of handholding, but they have title's number at all hours of the day.
I work for them regularly. They always say, "Call me if you have ANY issues". I call, and they are THERE, 24/7. They get a hold of title and solve the problems.
The different thing about them is: most other companies basically expect us to solve problems. BASU wants to solve the problems themselves. They don't want the notary, even an experienced notary making a wrong decision. So if there is an issue, even if I "know" how to handle it, I call them, they call title, and they come up with the solution. That way they are in the loop on every situation.
