Equity National Title

Good, bad or ugly??

What do you think about their automatic direct deposit program? I have not given our banking information out before and it makes me nervous.

I was going to give you my opinion but it seems that you are not in a good mood, I am so sorry and have a great day!

I agree with Calnotary, from your previous posts this probably is hypothetical.

Kinda wonder who needs to get a life.

They are a great Company...I would not worry about using their direct deposit
program.! There are other's that are going to start using it also !!!

Hypothetically speaking...

I'm asking my ACH expert right now, not hypothetically speaking direct deposit is ACH. She states that they legally can't generate a debit. The agreement you sign shouldn't give them debit authority. The will have a legal right to correct their errors, ex they pay you $1000 instead of $100, they can debit you for the $1000 but will have to pay you the $100 the same day.

Yes folks she has the credentials, was the southern US ACH manager for one of the "big three."

Just read your agreement and you'll be good!

Re: Hypothetically speaking...

She's right, read the fine print. Of course, "the mistake" is their word against yours. Once that "mistake" is corrected, you lose. And then there is always the possibility that they over correct the "mistake"! Personal experience (NOT with Equity National Title), but I disputed a draft from my account, the offending party never repaid the overdraft, said they did, but didn't and later took more money from my account. Can you spell N-I-G-H-T-M-A-R-E.
