Just had to post - blame it on too much coffee
I got an email the other day that hit me a little to "wrong". . . while I was "re-reading it tonight".
It was from "major company" mention my "agent score card". . . .
I just could not help myself today to reply
Your payment “score card” is not to good. ...... closing conducted in 3/2011 was paid on 7/5/2011. Which was over 90 days OVERDUE.
mmmmm. wonder if they get many emails like that . . . . probably so..
Well I'm blaming it on too much coffee ...... and will stop giving good notary rates to companies who don't pay timely.

I too have been punching a few tickets lately, Meaning, allowing others in my area to deal with the no, low, slow payers. It is not worth it. Moving on and adding something new to the toolbox.

mmmm at least they are calling stating they sent a check in june 29 and it should be there any day now. . . I can only hope they ment july 29. . . .even snail mail is faster than june 29..
