PA Notaries Question

Hey Guys,

I have a question about collections in Pennsylvania. I recall reading a posting about who to report
non paying companies who are located in Pennsylvania. I can not seem to find that posting. If any of you PA agents can assist me with the information, I would be very appreciative.

I have a title company who I will not name as of yet who is 60+ days. I have tried several email and verbal requests that seem to have all the usual hollow promises

I need to send a convincing collection notice.
