bond
I have my bond with Travelers Insurance through Chesepeake Insurance Group in Maryland I got a letter telling me Travelers will no longer be underwriting bonds for "title agents, abstractors ant title related services. Has anyone else experienced this? Can you give me a company that does underwrite bonds for title producers? Thank You Mike

Are you talking about a surety bond or E and O? PM your answer I'm not going to be back today to look at your response

Notaries do not need bonding in Maryland as of July 2010, just license, appointment letter from title insurer and E&O.
