bond

I have my bond with Travelers Insurance through Chesepeake Insurance Group in Maryland
I got a letter telling me Travelers will no longer be underwriting bonds for "title agents, abstractors ant title related services.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Can you give me a company that does underwrite bonds for title producers?
Thank You
Mike

Are you talking about a surety bond or E and O? PM your answer I'm not going to be back today to look at your response

I have my Surety Bond through Chesapeake Insurance Group also. As far as I know my insurance is with National Grange Mutual Insurance Co. My bond is due for renewal August 30th. I have not received any such notice yet.

Notaries do not need bonding in Maryland as of July 2010, just license, appointment letter from title insurer and E&O.
