notaries beware

just received an email asking a notary question from a Kevin Lawson complete with an attachment of his example pertaining to the question.."when was this signed...".. If I respond to this email the return to sender email address is [e-mail address] what I would be saying yes to... scarey thought...

Even scarier to what you are saying "yes" to is "what virus am I getting from the attachment?"

I viewed it but did not open it..going to call my computer friend and see if I'm OK..wasn't thinking..I do have good security..does anyone know if just viewing and not downloading was safe? Thought it was from a local just asking a question..wasn't suspicious until I saw the return address..
