Is this company connected to Genuine Title with Safir? A friend of mine is being asked to do a signing with the Closing Department and site is under construction and only see one post with it being linked to Genuine Title. Please let me know if anyone knows otherwise. No phone number or address. She was contacted by email only.

Tell her to contact the hiring party ask for their address. There's probably no way to know with out the address. If it's Owings Mills, Maryland or Baltimore Maryland that will be your clue.
