Anyone ever do a Regions Bank loan? Mostly Southern states

If so, what size package? Anything else you can add would be appreciated.

I have done several of them. They are pretty straightforward pkgs. Most of the time only around 120 pages. I have done some smaller but not by much. I find them easy. Good luck.

Ditto to comments of Frances Kany. For some reason, most of my Regions Bank refinances have been done inside the local branch office where the borrowers have their account. I've not asked, but have been told by some borrowers that they were told to come to the bank, and not given a choice to have me come to their home, or meet them elsewhere.
