Pay in about 30 days. My only gripe is that packages tend to be large and they are major babysitters. (Did you call borrower, did you print docs, are you there yet? etc. etc.)

I just did a "Find A Notary" search for some one who speaks Cantonese or Farsai (sp) on NR. Each time I found either a basic or premier member who met my fictious needs. Did you look at this?

Great to work with. Babysat in the beginning...but once you do about 5-10 signings with them, they stop hand holding. Pay in 30 days, great communicators and good volume.
