Buy.com paper

I just wanted to say how pleased that I am with the way buy.com handled the legal paper order. I received three reams of paper from tiger direct yesterday. Of course it should have been three boxes. Anyway, buy.com has asked me to keep the paper and they are crediting back to me the full price charged.
That's good customer service!

Thanks to your alert, Clem, many of us cancelled our

orders & alerted them about the large no. of people that were ordering under the mistaken quantity. You saved us from "getting reamed" (bad pun, I know). LOL
I'm glad they stepped up quickly to run some damage control.

I am as well. I found another item that I wanted from them and it is now in route to me. It's not Amazon prime, but they didn't have what I wanted at the price I got. I feel that I will be pleased....just the way a customer should feel.
