oops, i see i typed the wrong name, should be Palm Castle Signings , not listed. And I dont know if they are new or not because they never called me before.

I checked Google and looked at several lists of signing companies. They are mostly out of date, but I thought maybe..... but no sign of Palm Castle.

yes, i cant find them anywhere either but guess i will roll the dice with them. any last minute closing that will pay whatever i ask makes me wonder but we shall see.

It's Palm Castle Signings....Good Company.

I did a closing for them on June 30, 2012 and received a check on July 15, 2012. Great company to work with. They are located in Arizona. I am guessing that they handle Arizona properties mostly. My borrower was from here in Minnesota and we signed for her second home located in Arizona.
