I did read somewhere where Maryland lead the nation in foreclosures this past spring.......

I'm not sure I understand. "Regular notaries" don't play into Signings at all in Title Prod Licensing states, am I correct? If you are a NSA in MD, you MUST be a TIPIC (surely the SCs that call MD know this?)
