Jim Lissemore Says: August 3rd, 2012 at 11:07 am Signnow/Notarynow is the same company that was performing invalid webcam notarization using NJ Notaries. After they were banned by the NJ Atty. Gen Office of NJ they tried using a Notary in the Mariana Islands. http://www.saipantribune.com/newsstory.aspx?cat=1&newsID=110897

The newspaper story linked by sigtogo/OR does not contain the word "Lissemore". Also, the story is from 2011.
