Deed in Lieu signings for BofA

I've seen a few of these signings come available on the FASS website and I am curious if anyone has done them. A property manager is supposed to be present at the signing to discuss rental agreements and collect any funds due...Just curious....

I've done a couple of these. The borrowers are

turning the property back to the bank voluntarily & avoiding actual "foreclosure". I've never heard anything about a property manager being present. This may be that new program that allows people to rent-back the property they're in. I heard that was in the works.

I presume that means a property manager from BOA or a real estate management firmthat it has hired?
